Forty programmable keys means every extension — housekeeping, maintenance, the manager, each block of guest rooms — gets its own button with a busy-lamp indicator, so the desk can see who is free before transferring a call instead of dialling to find out. The swappable face plates let you print your own labels rather than living with a handwritten strip of tape.
